Pricing:

Cost of the Book is $29.95 plus $4.95 for shipping. Florida residents must add $2.10 for local sales tax. A total of $37.00.

Notecards are priced at $10.00 plus $1.00 for shipping.

Credit card orders are accepted but must be accompanied with the credit card number, expiration date and address to which the credit card statement is addressed. You may include this information in your email order notification.

The shipping address should be included with your order if different from the credit card address.

To pay by cheque please send the remittance to PO Box 577, Columbia CA 95310.
